Annual Income Range: $72,520-259,500 Title: Door-to-Door Sales Representatives - Pest Control Services (Advancement Opportunities!) Job Description: Join our energetic team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative and play a key role in helping homeowners protect their properties from pests. We're looking for self-driven and motivated individuals eager to build a career in sales. About Us: White Knight Pest Control has a 20-year successful track record , beginning in Austin, TX. We've since expanded to 28 markets across 9 states and continue to grow rapidly. As we expand, we're actively seeking driven individuals to join us and advance alongside our company's success. Compensation: * 100% commission-based pay. * Earn 20% -56% commission on personal sales, based on a retroactive pay scale. * Taxation: 1099 * High-income potential for top performers. * As you grow, you'll have the opportunity to become a Sales Manager and even a Regional Sales Manager , unlocking: * Increased pay scales. * Override commissions on sales made by your team. What You 'll Do: * Engage with potential customers in neighborhoods throughout your assigned area. * Confidently communicate the benefits of our effective pest control services. * Build long-lasting relationships and generate new business.
