Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and learning new ideas. This role involves engaging with customers, assisting with product selection, and ensuring a positive shopping experience in our retail store environment. Hours are between 9:30am and 5:00pm Tuesday through Saturday. Work days will vary. Duties * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately. * Demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display through effective merchandising techniques. * Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability. * Perform cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing returns or exchanges. * Upsell products by suggesting complementary items to enhance the customer's shopping experience. * Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. * Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries via phone or in-store communication.
