Job Description: Auto Medics is seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver for Auto Medics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of our products to our valued customers. This position requires an individual with a good driving record and the ability to handle various tasks related to delivery and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Safe and Efficient Delivery: Safely transport packages and products from our warehouse to customer addresses in a timely manner while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Loading and Unloading: Load and unload products into the delivery vehicle, which may include packages ranging from 5 to 75 pounds and 55-gallon containers with the assistance of proper equipment. Order Fulfillment: Pull customer orders from the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the items to be delivered. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner during the delivery process. Address customer inquiries and concerns as needed. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition by conducting routine maintenance checks and promptly reporting any issues to the supervisor. Navigation: Utilize navigation tools and GPS systems to find the most efficient routes to customer locations, ensuring on-time deliveries. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including invoices and customer contracts, and report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate department. Sales Support: Assist Sales Representatives by delivering product samples and promotional materials to potential customers as needed. Qualifications: * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Physical capability to lift and load packages ranging from 5 to 75 pounds and 55-gallon containers with equipment. * Good knowledge of local routes and navigation tools. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Responsible and dependable with a strong work ethic.
