Territory Sales Manager - Eastern Midwest (IN, OH, MI, KY) About the Role A leading steel service center is seeking experienced Territory Sales Managers to cover the Eastern Midwest -- specifically Eastern Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky. The right candidate will have established relationships in these regions and experience selling steel (flat, tube, or fabrication products) . We're looking for individuals who are versatile, motivated, and able to win new accounts while growing existing business. Responsibilities * Drive growth in an under-served territory with existing but underdeveloped accounts. * Develop new customer relationships and expand wallet share with current customers. * Sell across multiple product lines (steel, tube, fabrication). * Consistently exceed quota expectations, with strong focus on margin growth. * Collaborate with leadership and operations to deliver top-tier customer service. Qualifications * 5+ years of sales experience in metals/steel, distribution, or fabrication. * Track record of new account acquisition and territory growth. * Strong existing customer relationships in IN/OH/MI/KY preferred. * Self-starter with ability to thrive in a competitive, growth-focused environment. Compensation & Benefits * Base salary $75K -$150K depending on experience (with potential for higher one-year guarantees for proven producers). * Monthly uncapped commission structure: * * Steel: 1% * Tube: 1.5% * Fabrication: 2% * Solid performers currently on track to earn $225K -$290K in 2025, but has been higher in stronger years (350k+) ind1
