One Enchanted Evening, a leading Pittsburgh-area specialty retailer, is seeking Sales Associates to join our Team. These positions, both Full-time and Part-time, are responsible for engaging our customers in a professional manner and helping them find their "Dream" Bridal Gown and accessories. Consultants also work closely with Mothers of The Bride and/or Groom, assisting them in the selection of their dresses and accessories. This position is very customer-centric, with you building a relationship and bond with especially the bride but also her mother. Bridal Stylist responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Building and maintaining good relationships with customers * Keeping current on fashion trends, especially those in the Bridal and Social Occasion areas * Merchandising The ideal Bridal Consultant/Sales Associate candidates will have: * Strong interest in fashion * Professional image in appearance, speech, and actions * Upbeat personality * Team Player mentality * Professional phone skills and computer literacy * The desire to exceed our customers' expectations * Willingness to learn * Weekend availability Potential candidates that have a strong interest in participating in a team environment with the readiness to learn will be given the tools to be a vital member of our sales team and be trained to succeed. One Enchanted Evening offers a competitive base salary plus generous commission on products sold as well as customer-granted tips. In addition, we also offer our employees paid time off.
