Position Overview Crest Home Solutions is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with experience in the flooring industry to support our flooring and tile sales efforts. This role is based in an inside sales environment and focuses on guiding homeowners and developers through product selections while delivering an exceptional customer service experience. Responsibilities * Consult with homeowners and developers in-showroom and via scheduled appointments to guide product selections * Sell hard surface flooring and tile products * Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on style, budget, and project scope * Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and product specifications * Maintain strong product knowledge across flooring and tile offerings * Support cabinet selections as needed (training provided) * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction * Meet or exceed individual sales goals Preferred Qualifications * Flooring industry experience strongly preferred * Experience selling hard surface flooring and tile (LVP, hardwood, tile, stone, etc.) * Basic knowledge of cabinets a plus (training provided) * Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills * Professional, customer-focused approach * Comfortable working in an inside sales environment * Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM tools What We Offer * Competitive base pay + commission * High-quality product lines * Supportive, team-oriented environment * Structured training and ongoing product education * Opportunities for growth and advancement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
