This is a commission-based role - your earnings depend on your performance. If you're only making $15,000 a month elsewhere, you might not be reaching your full sales potential. At Green Innovations, our sales team earns between $20,000 and $50,000 per month - with no cap on commissions. What You 'll Do * Conduct daily in-person sales appointments. * Close deals and meet high sales targets. * Provide top-tier customer service and build long-term client relationships. * Work closely with the team to improve sales strategies. What We 're Looking For * Proven sales experience (construction sales preferred). * Strong communication skills in Spanish. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Ability to travel daily for client appointments. * Open to training and professional development.
