Job Summary Hamilton Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing policy servicing needs, providing coverage guidance, processing endorsements and renewals, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is property and casualty licensed, organized, responsive, and knowledgeable in personal lines insurance products and carrier systems. Duties * Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients through inbound phone calls, in person meetings, or email exchanges. * Respond to questions regarding policy coverages, billing statements, payment options, cancellations and reinstatements. * Process endorsements including coverage changes, vehicle and driver updates and property changes. * Prepare and manage policy renewals, including reviewing coverages and remarketing when appropriate. * Identify coverage caps and cross-sell or upsell opportunities while educating clients on available options. * Issue ID cards, binders, certificates and evidence of insurance as requested. * Assist with claim reporting and support clients throughout the claims process.
