OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES Automotive Accessory Sales & Installation Specialists Get out from behind the sales desk! This is Not a J-O-B! This is a REAL SALES CAREER! Earn $80,000 to $125,000+/yr! We are the largest after-market wholesaler of automotive accessories in the state of TX and the sole distributor for two of the largest after-market accessory manufacturers of wheel covers & skins, grill covers, door handle accents, mirror covers & simulators on trucks, currently serving Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi & all surrounding areas. NOW ADDING the Dallas market ! *BUSINESS is BOOMING & We are GROWING! *As a result, we are seeking additional Automotive Accessory Sales & Installation Specialists. As an Automotive Accessory Sales & Installation Specialist you will be responsible for: * Must Be Able to Meet Once per Month in Houston ,TX for a Monthly Recap Meeting * Making sales calls and performing accessory installs (no tools required-most snap on or glue/stick on) at dealership accounts in/around Dallas-Ft Worth, Texas * Ensuring that all paperwork & invoicing is completed and submitted to the main office * Increase sales by generating new dealership accounts * Demonstrating professionalism and high level of customer service in representing the company, adhering to company policies & procedures at all times * Loading/unloading truck with daily orders for delivery & install * Assisting with warehouse duties as needed * Driving a company vehicle: 18-20 ft box truck (CDL is NOT required) * Maintaining a clean interior & exterior of the company vehicle * Ensuring company vehicle is kept in proper working condition, alerting management immediately to any issues Ideal Candidate Requirements: * During 3 mos Training-Must Be Able to Stay Overnight in Houston to Train (Mon-Fri) for 6-8 wks (accommodations provided) * Must Be Able to Meet Once per Month in Houston,TX for a Monthly Recap Meeting, after 3 mos Field Training with a Rep Specialist in Houston * Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Dallas-Ft Worth, TX area * Valid Driver's License with good driver history (clean MVR last 3 yrs, CDL is NOT required) * Automotive industry knowledge is a plus * Great people skills, out-going and friendly * Punctual, aggressive & enthusiastic sales person * Ability to work independently and as a team-player * Excellent sales/product presentation, follow-up and closing skills * Professional in appearance and demeanor * Strong organizational & time management skills * Ability to repeatedly lift individual boxes weighing up to 7 lbs, and perform bending, kneeling, and standing as required * Willing to work outside in all kinds of weather We Offer: * Training Salary During Training Period: $3,333-$4,166/Month (based on exp/skill) * Pay Plan after Training Period includes Base + Commission + Bonuses * 5 Day Work Week-Monday through Friday , 7am-until daily route completed, No Weekends * Company Vehicle: Company pays fuel & maintenance costs * Profit Sharing: 100% paid by company * Health Insurance: 50% paid by company * Employee Discounts * Solid Job Security With a Stable Organization in business since 1988 and our employees stay 18+ years with us on average) All those interested in a great new career should APPLY, and call 855-[please apply online] to set up a face-to-face interview.
