Retail Sales Associate (21+) - Smokey's Waikiki Smokey's Waikiki is seeking a reliable, motivated retail associate with strong customer service and cash-handling skills. This role is ideal for someone who takes responsibility seriously and enjoys a fast-paced sales environment. Requirements: * Must be 21 years or older * Weekend availability required * Available 1 -2 weekdays * Experience with cash handling * Sales experience (cannabis-related retail a plus) * Extremely reliable and punctual * High level of integrity and professionalism * Self-motivated and able to follow procedures * Manager-quality mindset preferred Shifts Available: * 9:45 AM - 4:30 PM * 4:15 PM - 10:15 PM Compensation: * $15/hour * Tips + Commission * Overall average pay is approximately $30/hr (hourly+tips+comm) How to Apply: Please include: * A brief introduction * Relevant work experience * Your weekly availability Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Application Question(s): * Are you 21+?
