$2000 - Sign-on bonus for full time employees after 6 months after positive performance review. AVIS / Budget Car Rental in the Plattsburgh Airport is seeking a highly motivated employee to join our growing team! You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, exhibit attention to detail and ability to multitask, be flexible, have a passion for customer service and possess a positive, go-getter attitude! As a Rental Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their vehicle rental, ensuring a positive customer experience while also promoting our additional products and services. Our Rental Sales Associates are well trained using our proven sales techniques and must enjoy working in a fast-paced, high energy environment. Position includes commission for selling additional products and after hour pick-up (if applicable to shift) and car cleaning responsibilities. We are seeking the right candidate who is committed to growing with us as the airport expands. We are currently hiring full-time and part time positions.
