We're looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Outside B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive new business growth across the region. What You 'll Do: * Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building * Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with business owners and decision-makers * Manage the entire sales cycle -- from initial contact to closing deals and maintaining client relationships * Develop and execute territory plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and account retention What We 're Looking For: * 1-3+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (preferred) * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Proven ability to build relationships and close deals * Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required) What We Offer * Competitive base salary + commissions * Performance bonuses and incentives. * Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development. * Career growth opportunities within a growing company.
