Landmark Roofing and Siding is seeking an experienced Roofing Estimator -Salesperson to join our growing team. This role focuses on residential roofing estimates throughout the greater Seattle area. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a family-oriented team, has a passion for customer satisfaction, and possesses strong knowledge of roofing estimation, products, industry standards, and installation. Our ideal candidate is educated on roofing options, brands, and installation practices, with a willingness to continue learning. They maintain a positive attitude under pressure, demonstrate strong communication skills, and can interpret plans and calculate accurate estimates. Primary Job Duties * Accurately estimate material and labor costs for residential roofing projects using software tools and industry knowledge. * Create accurate and competitive bids. * Establish and maintain strong customer relationships. * Communicate with customers to understand project specifications and clearly outline the scope of work before and during the estimate/project process. * Price work based on labor rates and supplier pricing. * Organize documents and maintain accurate records. * Ensure all project details are correctly included on bids. Education, Experience, and Skills Required: * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Previous roofing experience required. * Knowledge of gutters, skylights, ventilation, and leak detection. * Detail-oriented and organized. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * Familiarity with roofing systems (asphalt, composite, metal, cedar, etc.) and brands (CertainTeed, Malarkey, NU-Ray, etc.). * Roofing or general construction experience required. * Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform fieldwork safely. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CompanyCam, Roofr, and EagleView. * Experience with CRM tools--especially JobNimbus--is preferred.
