Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both corporate and leisure markets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials. * Attend networking events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. * Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to build and maintain client relationships. * Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
