Job Summary Armada Staffing is growing in Dallas and seeking a motivated Account Executives to build B2B client relationships, develop new business, and deliver customized staffing solutions. If you thrive in sales and enjoy solving workforce challenges, this role is for you. Will be holding in person interviews 1/26-1/28. --- Key Responsibilities * Generate new business through cold/warm calling and targeted outreach * Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers * Lead onsite or virtual client meetings and present staffing solutions * Negotiate and close service agreements * Track activity and report weekly results * Monitor market trends and recommend improvements * Resolve client issues with timely, effective solutions --- Qualifications * Strong customer service and communication skills * Proven ability to meet sales goals * Excellent presentation, prospecting, and closing abilities * Self-motivated, confident, and goal-driven --- Experience (Preferred) * 2+ years staffing industry sales experience * 2+ years B2B sales with a book of business (Preferred) --- Compensation * Weekly Salary * Weekly Commission If you are an energetic professional eager to make an impact in the staffing industry through strategic account management and business development, we encourage you to apply today.
