DCE Productions, a premier Tampa-based Live Event Production company , is hiring a driven, high-energy " huntertype" Live Events Sales Executive to help expand our growing client base. If you thrive on winning new business, love building relationships from scratch, and have a strong background in technical selling , this role is built for you. We specialize in high-end audiovisual production , corporate events , meetings , conferences , and live experiences --and we're looking for someone who can confidently communicate that value to corporate clients, planners, agencies, and partners. This is a new business acquisition role with significant earning potential for a true hunter. What You 'll Do

• Identify and win new clients for DCE Productions through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and industry engagement
• Build and maintain a pipeline targeting corporations, meeting planners, event agencies, associations, and venue partners
• Lead high-impact presentations showcasing DCE's AV production capabilities and event solutions
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and event budgets in collaboration with our production and operations teams
• Manage the full sales process--from first outreach to closed contract
• Achieve or exceed revenue goals and KPIs
• Maintain awareness of live event industry trends and competitor offerings What We 're Looking For
• 3 -5+ years of proven technical sales experience, ideally in AV production, staging, broadcast, or live events
• Successful track record selling into corporate clients, planners, or experiential agencies
• Strong understanding of audio, video, lighting, LED, and event technology
• A true "hunter-type" mindset--persistent, proactive, and motivated by new business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organized, selfmanaged, and entrepreneurial
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Bonus Points
• Existing relationships within corporate events, hospitality, venue management, or experiential marketing
• Experience building event budgets, proposals, or scopes
