Creative Outdoor Advertising of America Inc. is a leader in outdoor signage for over 40 years. Our well-established business is looking for an extremely motivated and hardworking full-time District Sales Manager for the Central Tampa and Hillsborough County, Florida area, to sell advertising on bench and bus shelter signs to local businesses.

Compensation

Our pay structure is competitive, and performance driven. We offer a minimum guaranteed salary of $50,000 for the first 12 months while getting established in the role, with the built-in incentive to earn more with commissions. A successful sales rep will bring in long-term earnings of $100,000+ and there is the opportunity for continued growth. Position

Overview

Based out of your home office, the role is to find local advertising clients through networking and cold calling (in person, phone calls, and email). Focusing on small businesses like dentists, restaurants, real estate agents, lawyers, attorneys, etc. Ranging from $153 - $198 per month for a 1-year agreement (including artwork) our signs are among the most cost-effective ways for local businesses to communicate their message with potential customers. What will set you apart? Being confident and comfortable with cold-calling and approaching local businesses. This is how you will generate most of your sales! Territory The sales territory will be throughout the Tampa/Hillsborough County, Florida area including Town N' Country, Egypt Lake Leto, Seminole Heights, and a portion of Temple Terrace. Knowledge of this area and the local businesses in it will be an asset, along with fluency in Spanish. Our ideal candidate:

• Lives in Tampa/Hillsborough County, Florida, or one of the areas mentioned above, with access to all the advertising benches and shelters in the territory
• Ability to learn new software like Salesforce, our internal database, navigating Google Maps, and other internet-based tools
• Willingness to use our low-key, low-pressure sales approach, and follow our proven sales techniques
• Well organized, charismatic, self-motivated, and hard-working
• Valid Driver's License and ownership of an insured vehicle
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Someone who is looking for a career - not just a job
