Role Description:- * This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager located in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area. * The Account Manager will be responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts, providing exemplary customer service, and assisting clients with their commercial insurance coverage needs. * Responsibilities include answering client inquiries, policy analysis, maintaining accurate records, handling renewals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * The role serves as a key liaison between clients and insurance carriers, ensuring satisfaction and delivering expert guidance on coverage options. Qualifications:- * Expertise in Commercial Lines Coverage and understanding of various insurance products * Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships * Knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits and Insurance practices * Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail * Proficiency with insurance management software and tools * Licensing for insurance sales or an ability to obtain required licensing * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred * Understanding of the local market in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area is a plus INDW3
