Honda Auto Center of Bellevue, Washington's #1 volume Honda Dealer, is looking for a Sales Desk Manager with a growth mindset. Looking for candidates who's strength is training and improving the sales staff. The days of a Sales Manager sitting behind a desk is over. Responsibilities: - Assist GSM in overseeing the New and Used car department and personnel - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability consistent with direction from leadership - Provide support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries, negotiations, and closing deals - Conduct outside sales activities to attract new customers and expand the customer base - Ensure organizational efficiency by implementing effective processes and procedures - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business - Collaborate with the sales team to set sales goals and targets Skills: - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory control and ensure accurate record keeping - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience for customers - Sales skills to effectively promote and sell new and used cars - Ability to get along and effectively communicate with colleagues and staff - Sales management experience to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals If you are a motivated individual who wants to join one of the most successful sales teams in the state of Washington and who wants to be a part of bringing the department to even greater heights, we want to hear from you.
