Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our weight loss pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals & MedSpa Owners, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the weight loss & peptide industry. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to promote pharmaceutical products. * Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on product benefits and usage. * Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets. * Engage in B2B sales activities, identifying new business opportunities within the medical field. * Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and market trends. * Analyze market data to identify potential areas for growth and improvement. * Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate product information effectively. * Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using Microsoft Office tools. Requirements * YOU DO NOT NEED Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field is preferred. * Hunger, Brains, & People Skills - 90% of being successful is showing up. * Trustworthy business partner, dependable folllow-up, eager to learn. * Microsoft Office expert in calendar, teams, word, excel with Organization skills & successful account management. * Ability to understand complex medical products, with Coach as needed. * Growth potential to be managing in-person & virtual teams * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
