We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at our Custom Railings WA Showroom. The successful candidate will have proven work experience as a Sales Representative and a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Responsibilities: * Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments to meet their needs. * Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. * Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. * Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints. * Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. * Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. * Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports, and provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. * Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and continuously improve through feedback.
