Responsibilities: * Meet with potential customers to discuss their HVAC needs and preferences. * Conduct in-home evaluations to assess the current HVAC system and identify opportunities for improvement. * Explain the features and benefits of various HVAC products and services. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. * Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals. * Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. * Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of sales experience * Excellent Communicator * In-home sales * Must be able to read and write in English. * Strong decision-making abilities * Comfortable navigating through multiple software systems Pay Transparency: This opportunity ranges as it is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average $175k -$275k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
