This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Used Vehicle Director. Job Responsibilities: * Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process * Able to procure, market, manage and maximize sales dept. * Build rapport with customers to establish customer network * Provide training and support to the sales staff * Help manage all other aspects of the new and pre-owned sales department * Appraise vehicles, manage used car reconditioning * Stay current with all Certified Programs * Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements Job Requirements As an Automotive Sales Manager, you must have an engaging and high-energy personality, the ability to build rapport with management and employees.
