We are calling for any Newly Licensed Agent, or those who have a health license but have not Sold Medicare - We take pride in training those who are new to the product/industry! We're not your typical call center. Improve Insurance is a new, fast- growing telesales agency on a mission to raise the standard in Medicare sales--and we're looking for sharp, licensed agents to help build something special. As one of the first team members in our brand-new office's first year , you'll play a key role in creating an energetic, efficient, and high- performing sales environment. We offer the highest hourly rate in the region for licensed agents--$26/hour , paid weekly , with monthly commission bonuses based on your enrollment performance. And best of all? All calls are inbound --no cold calling, no outbound dialing, no transfers. You'll speak with real prospects who are actively seeking health coverage. You will earn $21 per Hour during your first 6 Months tenure, then Receive a $5 Increase to your hourly pay to $26 an hour. Each Month you Earn a Sales Bonus (shown during interview) based on your performance.
