Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping atmosphere * Assist customers by providing product information, conducting demos, and answering questions * Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card payments * Upsell products and suggest complementary items to enhance customer purchases * Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts * Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to store standards * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries * Support inventory management by conducting stock checks and managing product flow * Provide exceptional customer service by listening actively, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Qualifications * Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math skills * Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus * Supervising experience or leadership skills are beneficial for growth opportunities within the team * Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and standing for extended periods * Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions at all times Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences!
