Inside Sales Support - Be the Backbone of Our Sales Team Location: East Syracuse, NY Company: JUMO Process Control, Inc. About Us JUMO Process Control, Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of JUMO GmbH & Co. What You 'll Do * Verify orders against purchase orders for accuracy (specifications, quantities, pricing) * Maintain CRM records for new and existing customers * Respond to inquiries about pricing, availability, and product recommendations * Generate quotes and confirm delivery timelines * Process customer orders and follow through to shipment * Communicate with vendors and verify purchase orders * Coordinate delivery logistics and resolve post-sale issues * Collaborate with Outside Sales team and international colleagues * Expedite urgent orders and adjust shipping or order info as needed * Review open orders and past-due reports regularly What We 're Looking For * High School diploma or equivalent * Office experience preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM tools * Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused * Ability to work independently and problem-solve Physical Requirements * Lift up to 30 lbs * Regular sitting, standing, walking * Daily computer and phone use Why You 'll Love Working Here * Global, family-owned company with 75+ years of leadership * Innovative, high-tech environment * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance * Matching 401(k) Program * Generous PTO for work-life balance * Career growth opportunities Apply Today!
