Inside Sales Support - Be the Backbone of Our Sales Team Location: East Syracuse, NY Company: JUMO Process Control, Inc.

• Verify orders against purchase orders for accuracy (specifications, quantities, pricing)
• Maintain CRM records for new and existing customers
• Respond to inquiries about pricing, availability, and product recommendations
• Generate quotes and confirm delivery timelines
• Process customer orders and follow through to shipment
• Communicate with vendors and verify purchase orders
• Coordinate delivery logistics and resolve post-sale issues
• Collaborate with Outside Sales team and international colleagues
• Expedite urgent orders and adjust shipping or order info as needed
• Review open orders and past-due reports regularly What We 're Looking For
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Office experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve Physical
