The FSR is responsible for promoting Ram Products and providing products and services to customers in a designated area. What can I expect in my role as an FSR? * Account Service : servicing existing accounts to grow revenue, develop relationships, expand product line, and demonstrate products. * Administrative Duties : operating within the ERP and CRM systems as well as accurately bill, restock and maintain inventory levels of our products. * Product Knowledge and Business Development : develop a working knowledge of general product categories through training and on-the-job experience. * Understanding : understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions. * Deliver: deliver exceptional customer service. * Sales and Service : conduct sales and service activities, develop strong customer relationships, identify product applications, and introduce new products and services. Are you who we 're looking for? * Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others. * Ability to work independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and problem-solving skills. * Experience in a customer-facing position. * Willing to travel up to 25%. This could mean up to one week per month of out-of-town travel. * Industrial experience is a plus! You 'll also need: * High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate. * A valid divers license with excellent driving record. * To be able to lift 25-50 pounds on customer calls. * To be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug test.
