Full description of the position

Job Overview An established print and signage business serving professional and commercial clients is looking for a commission-only Business Development Representative to build long-term relationships with local businesses. This role is relationship-based and account-driven, not transactional. The first order is just the start, most clients place repeat orders over time, allowing commissions to compound month over month. What You 'll Be Doing * Visit local businesses and speak with owners or decision-makers * Introduce print and signage solutions businesses regularly need * Build and manage long-term client relationships * Close initial orders and follow up for repeat business * Coordinate with an in-house production team This is not a call-center role or a high-pressure sales environment. Sales & Outreach Activities * Conduct outbound and warm outreach to local businesses * Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion * Present solutions that align with client needs and business goals * Track outreach, follow-ups, and opportunities using basic CRM tools How You 're Paid * 10% commission on all new revenue you personally close * Commission continues while the client remains active * Applies to repeat and recurring orders * Paid monthly While some first orders may be small, most accounts grow over time through repeat business. Performance Bonus * Monthly bonus available when overall revenue targets are exceeded * Designed to reward consistency and account growth Details discussed during the interview.
