What You 'll Do * Manage and grow client relationships in the IT staffing space * Drive business development (smart strategy > random dials) * Partner with mid-to-large businesses and deliver talent solutions * Be the trusted advisor clients turn to for staffing needs What We 're Looking For * 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager in IT Staffing/_* Recruitment*_ * Enterprise sales experience (selling into medium-to-large businesses) * Strong business development background * Bachelor's degree (preferred) * Bonus: Experience selling IT products or services * Portable client relationships?
