Insurance companies require 2 inspections per year. * Get a Contingency Agreement signed. A Contingency Agreement is not a contract, its just an agreement that we will meet their insurance adjuster on their roof at no charge or obligation. * Meet the adjuster. * Drop by on build day. * Collect the check. Our lowest paid associate earned $78,000 his first year. All our second year associates earn over $100,000 and many over $200,000 * $250 draw up to $583 draw depending on experience. Paid weekly. * $1,500 Monthly Bonus. Paid end of month. * This forms the Guaranteed Minimum Foundational Pay. $250 x 4.33 weeks/month = $1,080 per month Plus $1,500 Monthly bonus = $2,580 Foundational Pay * Plus $100 for every Contingency Agreement which is paid weekly. Typically 1-3 per day. My personal best was 7 in a single day. * Commissions on completed roof installs vary between $1,000-$6,000.
