Responsibilities * Greet guest when they enter the store * "Go the extra mile" to drive sales * Stay up to date on new inventory * Build lasting bonds with guest to get your name out there and bring in business * Use your people skills to network inside and outside of the store * Team up with co-workers to guarantee great customer service * Get creative and suggest ways to improve sales Skills * Exceptional attitude and confidence * Proven work experience in Customer Service * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices * Basic Math skills * Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements * Solid communication and interpersonal skills * A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus * Availability to work flexible shifts including evening hours and weekends a MUST * High school diploma or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Why are you interested in car sales?
