Duties: - Build relationships with homeowners and businesses. - Conduct on-site consultations and measurements for fencing projects. - Prepare and present proposals to clients. - Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process. - Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure project success. - Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach to expand the customer base within assigned territories. Experience: - Experience in outside sales (construction or home improvement preferred). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated and results-driven. - Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
