Full description of the position

Position Overview Amoor Consulting Group is expanding rapidly across multiple telecom markets, and we are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale a team of sales agents. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast- paced environment, understands numbers, drives production, and can inspire people to reach their next level. You will be responsible for team motivation, performance tracking, field leadership, and delivering consistent results in device activations and customer acquisitions. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Performance * Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Conduct daily morning meetings, training sessions, and performance check-ins. * Create a positive, accountable culture where agents feel supported and challenged. * Identify top performers and build new leaders within your team. Sales Operations * Oversee daily field operations in assigned markets. * Ensure agents follow company scripts, compliance procedures, and work habits. * Track KPIs including LOA, closes, conversions, and field productivity. * Step in to assist with closing deals when needed. Recruiting & Onboarding * Work with the recruiting department to bring in new agents. * Help onboard and train new hires through orientation and shadow days. * Monitor early performance to ensure new agents become productive quickly. Reporting & Accountability * Provide daily sales reports and production updates to upper management. * Address performance issues immediately and create improvement plans. * Manage overrides, incentives, and team payout accuracy. Requirements Skills & Experience * 1+ years in sales, leadership, or customer-facing roles (preferred). * Strong communication and coaching abilities. * Ability to lead by example and perform in the field when needed. * Comfortable working across markets and managing remote teams. * Understanding of sales systems, KPIs, and performance-driven compensation.
