The Financial Services Representative's responsibilities include providing sound financial advice to clients, cross-selling our products and services where possible, and attending various training programs as required. To be successful as a Financial Services Representative, you must have a strong understanding of financial market terminologies and possess a solid understanding of the current marketing condition. You are expected to build rapport with clients and continually meet or exceed sales goals. Financial Services Representative Responsibilities: * Schedule meetings with prospective clients to discuss their financial needs and goals. * Collect pertinent client information to provide financial products and services that align with clients' financial situations and risk appetite. * Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals. * Cold-calling potential clients to inform them of the various financial products and services on offer. * Develop in-depth knowledge of our financial products to advise clients accordingly. * Hit minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity, and sales metrics.
