Role Overview As a Softwash Hawaii Territory Manager, you are responsible for (but not limited to) * Owning your territory * Generating and managing your sales pipeline * Closing consistent sales * Ensuring your assigned team and territory remain fully utilized * Perform on-site estimates, inspections , and present customized service plans. * Close deals within a 1 -5 day sales cycle, build trust, and follow up like a pro. * Track performance via personal KPIs, weekly targets, and monthly sales volume. * Develop relationships with property managers, realtors, HOAs, and local influencers to expand territory visibility. * Attend company training, receive mentorship, and stay sharp through continuous learning. You are measured by outcomes, not activity alone. Core Responsibilities Generate software sales opportunities through: * Personal and professional networks * Strategic partnerships and referrals * Proactive outreach (calls, email, text, social) * Conduct discovery calls, demos, and solution presentations * Clearly articulate value, ROI, and business outcomes of the software * Close deals within a defined sales cycle * Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems * Follow up with discipline and professionalism * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention * Lead by example and contribute to a high-performance sales culture * Ensure assigned team or territory capacity remains fully booked Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) * Proven experience in commission-only sales (software, SaaS, or high-ticket services preferred) * Demonstrated ability to consistently hit or exceed sales targets * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * High level of personal accountability and self-management * Comfort operating without supervision or guaranteed income * Ability to structure your own day and manage priorities * Tech-literate and CRM-capable * Willingness to commit full-time to territory ownership * Leadership mindset with long-term growth intentions Compensation & Benefits Commission-Only | Uncapped Earnings * No income ceiling--your effort and execution determine earnings * Designed for high performers who want control over their income Compensation * Commission-Only Pay with Tiered Structure: Weekly Sales (Paid out weekly) * $0-$9,999: 5% * $10,000 - $17,999, 7%Commissions * $18,000 - $29,999 , 10% Commissions * $30,000 +, 12% Commissions Benefits Include * Medical, dental, and vision benefits * Full-time commitment with long-term career trajectory * Opportunity to build and lead a team * Professional systems, tools, and support * Performance-based growth opportunities Performance Expectations (Up Your Business Standard) * Activity drives opportunity * Opportunity drives revenue * Revenue drives trust and advancement If results slip, standards --not excuses--are addressed.
