Position Overview This is a remote position with daily travel to prospective and existing clients, plus occasional office visits for training, meetings, and events. Candidates must reside within J & J Staffing territories: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Delaware. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow staffing partnerships in Professional , Skilled Industrial , Pharmaceutical/Healthcare , Legal , IT , and Financial sectors. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling , email campaigns , social media outreach , and networking. * Build and maintain strong client relationships , understanding staffing needs and delivering customized solutions. * Collaborate with internal recruitment teams for seamless service delivery. * Represent the company at industry events , networking functions , and client meetings. * Present staffing services to decision-makers and Hiring Managers , highlighting benefits and ROI. * Stay informed on industry trends and labor market shifts to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications * 1 -3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing or recruiting. * Proven success selling into target industries. * Strong communication , negotiation , and relationship-building skills. * Proficiency with video conferencing platforms , calendar management , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented , and able to work independently across multiple territories. * Comfortable with cold calling and daily prospecting. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
