Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate (Part-Time) to join our retail team. Hourly plus Commission pay. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing excellent service to enhance the shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales ability, and a friendly demeanor to support our store operations on an as-needed basis. Duties * Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers * Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties including Credit Card Terminal * Up-sell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities * Maintain merchandising standards by stocking merchandise and organizing displays * Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift and when closing * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and inventory counts * Support supervising staff during busy periods or when needed for training purposes Requirements * Team oriented individual able to communicate with fellow Sales Associates and Management * Ability to work independently and be key holder * Previous retail clothing sales experience is preferred * Proactive and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment * Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math skills * Strong communication skills with friendly, approachable attitude and phone etiquette for engaging with customers both in person and over the phone * Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations * Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product demos is beneficial * Able to assist and complete assigned tasks * Ability to work on an on-call basis with flexible hours as needed, some nights, weekends, and holiday shifts This position offers an opportunity to develop retail skills in a fast-paced environment while providing valuable service to our customers.
