Overview

: We're seeking licensed, self-motivated Personal Lines Insurance Agents who are ready to grow or start their book of business. This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering flexibility to work remotely, in our office, or hybrid. Full-time or part-time positions available. Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and solicit new clients for home, auto, renters, umbrella, and other personal lines
• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads and referrals
• Educate clients on policy coverage and recommend solutions tailored to their needs
• Submit applications and manage carrier relationships through our platform
• Provide excellent service and retention support for renewals What We 're Looking For:
• Active Property & Casualty license (or the ability to obtain one)
• 1+ years of insurance or general sales experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a book of business
• Confident communicator who's comfortable making phone calls and asking for the sale
