Five years ago, we expanded into the Property & Casualty space, and we're now focused on growing our Personal Lines division. We have great relationships with top P&C carriers and offer a supportive leadership team. Position Overview: We're seeking licensed, self-motivated Personal Lines Insurance Agents who are ready to grow or start their book of business. This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering flexibility to work remotely, in our office, or hybrid. Full-time or part-time positions available. HBS provides competitive compensation, strong carrier relationships, and hands-on support and training. Your Responsibilities: * *Prospect and solicit new clients for home, auto, renters, umbrella, and other personal lines * *Make outbound calls and follow up on leads and referrals * *Educate clients on policy coverage and recommend solutions tailored to their needs * *Submit applications and manage carrier relationships through our platform * *Provide excellent service and retention support for renewals What We 're Looking For: * *Active Property & Casualty license (or the ability to obtain one) * *1+ years of insurance or general sales experience preferred * *Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a book of business * *Confident communicator who's comfortable making phone calls and asking for the sale * *Independent but open to learning and collaborating when needed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: Hybrid remote in MOON TOWNSHIP, PA 15108
