About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Licensed Real Estate Agent to help us grow our homeownership program, guide buyers through the purchasing process, and represent our Community Land Trust (CLT) properties. You'll work closely with first-time homebuyers, providing them with the education and support they need to navigate the home-buying journey successfully.

Responsibilities

Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions Guide clients through the home-buying process, including shared equity and CLT models Market and list properties, ensuring visibility among eligible buyers Work collaboratively with homebuyer education counselors and lending partners Conduct property showings and open houses for eligible homebuyers Maintain compliance with state and local real estate laws and fair housing policies

Qualifications

Active real estate license in Oklahoma Experience in residential real estate sales (affordable housing experience a plus!) Knowledge of Community Land Trusts, shared equity models, or down payment assistance programs preferred Passion for affordable housing and working with first-time homebuyers Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a nonprofit team Why Join Us?
