What You 'll Do As a HVAC Sales Representative , you'll help customers make the right choices for their home comfort needs while achieving department sales goals and driving growth for the company. Your key responsibilities will include: * Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to identify needs and recommend solutions. * Presenting and explaining HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical products and services with accuracy and confidence. * Creating detailed, accurate sales proposals for seamless handoff to the installation team. * Generating excitement and trust through great communication and followthrough. * Managing open estimates and staying proactive to close opportunities. * Becoming an expert in your local market , understanding customer trends and seasonal demands. * Collaborating with leadership to develop strategic sales plans and help shape department growth.
