Responsibilities : * Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers * Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests * Process sales transactions accurately , efficiently, and professionally * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions * Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals * Follow company policies and procedures Qualifications : * Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is required * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers We offer competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a positive work environment.
