Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers
• Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Process sales transactions accurately , efficiently, and professionally
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
