We are currently seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and sports-minded individuals to join our team at Play It Again Sports! As a Sales Associate, you will provide outstanding customer service, help customers find the right equipment, and assist in keeping our store organized, stocked, and running smoothly. We're looking for those who are passionate about sports and enjoy working with people. The ideal candidate will grow into a key holder role within 30 days of hire and share opening and closing duties with management. Responsibilities * Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient sales processes. * Manage inventory control, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks. * Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash register transactions. * Possibly train and supervise sales associates, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Assist in purchasing decisions and maintain organized merchandise displays. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
