Job Title: Sales Associate Location: Houston Memorial Reports To: Studio Manager Position Overview: At Pvolve, our Sales Associates play a critical role in driving studio revenue and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As the face of the studio, Sales Associates are responsible for selling memberships, fostering strong relationships with members and leads, and supporting day-to-day studio operations. This role combines a strong focus on sales performance with a commitment to high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Execute the studio sales process including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. * Deliver studio tours and present membership options effectively. * Meet or exceed daily tasks, bookings, and sales goals. * Drive new member acquisition through outreach, tours, and follow-up. * Retain existing members by supporting engagement and retention initiatives. * Conduct class reconciliation and manage retail inventory. * Assist with studio social media management to promote offerings and events. * Represent the studio at local community events to enhance visibility. * Support Studio Manager with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
