Full description of the position
We are seeking a motivated and organized Licensed Sales Producer to join our dynamic team. This role involves sales responsibilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships. Previous experience with Allstate is a plus but not required. Responsibilities: * Prospect for new business from insurance leads provided. * Prepare, quote, and close all prospective leads. * Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals. * Service existing policies and maintain regular contact with customers to build retention. * Collaborate with a team of sales professionals. Qualifications: * At least 2 years of sales experience. * Property & Casualty License (Required). * Self-motivated, organized, and a fast learner. * Goal-oriented and reliable. * Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and stay organized.
