Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Automotive Salesperson to join our team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to build relationships with customers, and a knack for negotiation. As an Automotive Salesperson, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about vehicle features and benefits. * Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales effectively. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. * Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management tasks. * Utilize outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and follow-up communications. * Upsell additional products or services that enhance customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with marketing teams to promote dealership events and special offers. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure repeat business. * Participate in public speaking opportunities to represent the dealership at community events. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably within the automotive industry. * Familiarity with B2B sales strategies and high-end sales techniques. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. * Experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales data. * Knowledge of inventory management practices related to automobile sales. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing the sales pipeline. * Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Strong math skills for retail math calculations related to pricing and financing options.
