You'll start as a Sales Consultant, gaining hands-on experience in both the inside and outside sides of our business while learning our proven, high- performance sales system that's driven record growth nationwide. Some team members thrive on the phones -- creating commercial leads, scheduling inspections, and closing deals virtually. Others advance into field-based roles where they meet property owners in person through our D2D and B2B route running process, conduct property inspections, visit storm- impacted areas, and build lasting relationships through direct outreach.
