TransEdge Truck Centers has six modern locations across Pennsylvania, and is the factory authorized dealer for Mack Trucks, Volvo Trucks, Hino Trucks, and Battle Motor Trucks. Your primary mission will be to expand our Volvo market share by identifying new business opportunities and managing the full sales lifecycle. Key Responsibilities * Market Expansion: Proactively generates leads and prospect new clients to increase Volvo market share within the region. * Product Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Volvo trucks, highlighting unique selling points such as fuel efficiency, safety technology, and durability. * Relationship Management: Foster deep-rooted relationships with clients, conducting thorough needs-assessments to recommend the ideal vehicle specifications. * Full-Cycle Sales: Manage everything from initial prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing. * Professional Presentations: Deliver impactful product demonstrations, coordinate test drives, and guide customers through complex pricing and financing options. * Cross Department Collaboration: Work closely with Service and Parts teams to ensure a seamless post-sale experience and total customer satisfaction. * CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system. Qualifications * Experience: 3+ years of successful sales experience; background in automotive, heavy truck, or commercial equipment is highly preferred. * Education: High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. * Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate and close. * Tech-Savvy: Strong computer proficiency and experience using CRM software. * Licensing: A valid driver's license is required; Class A or B CDL is a significant plus. * Mindset: A team-oriented professional with a "hunter" mentality and a commitment to continuous product learning. Compensation & Benefits This is a commission-based position with a bi-weekly draw tailored to your experience level. We provide an aggressive structure with uncapped earning potential: * Experienced Professionals: Top performers typically earn between $100,000 and $200,000+ annually. * Entry-Level Talent: Highly motivated individuals new to the industry can expect first-year earnings of $80,000+.
