Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven part-time Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers for the purpose of selling outdoor power equipment and promoting goodwill, while maintaining current product knowledge and sales procedures. Saturday hours are required. Base pay plus 2% commission at start of employment. Primary Responsibilities: * Represent the company for the sale of new and used outdoor power equipment * Stay updated on product knowledge as well as sales and financing programs * Maintain current and complete sales information for all customers * Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and customer service * Accurately complete all documents related to sales transactions * Work in conjunction with Sales Manager and/or Store Manager * Utilize company database to ensure defined sales from start to finish * Develop and implement an Inside Sales plan * Assist with preparation and execution of customer events and local trade shows * Complete all applicable training sessions Skills & Qualifications Desired: * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Experience in inside sales or business development roles * Be a self-starter * Function well independently * Proficiency in basic computer programs * Work well with fellow staffers and managers * Display professionalism * Possess relatable education or equivalent work experience Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 22.0 - 29.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Employee discount * Paid training Work Location: In person
