Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic P&C Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while promoting and selling various insurance products. This is not a hunter position as all leads are provided. Achievable on target earnings will put the agent above 100k 1st year and beyond. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. * Provide clients with information about different insurance products, including coverage options and benefits. * Negotiate terms of insurance policies to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with company guidelines. * Perform sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details. Experience * Property & Casualty license active in TX (have or obtain General Life license within 3 months of hire) * 2+ years in insurance sales with track record of performance * Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or related fields is advantageous. * Bilingual is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off License/Certification: * Property & Casualty License (Required) Work Location: In person
